Welcome to Denver Kickboxing and Fitness
At Denver Kickboxing and Fitness, we have one core belief that really defines what we do. We believe in having fun. You will learn real kickboxing, you’re going to have an exhilarating workout, and you’re going to have a great time doing it. In our 7 years of coaching, the people we’ve seen have the most success, are the people who fall in love with the process. And here at Denver Kickboxing you’re going to love the workouts, and the COMMUNITY that comes along with it.
Our Kickboxing classes are fast paced HIIT workouts that will definitely get your heart pumping! We start with a 10 min warm up, and proceed to 6 rounds on the bag! From there, we do 2 sets of power rounds to really peak the workout, and finish up with some technique drills to cool off. We have a variant called “Boot Camp” on the schedule where we do circuits with weights instead of the standard warm up!
Our primary focus is Kickboxing, but we also offer Muay Thai classes at night, for those who are interested in applying the knowledge they pick up in kickboxing and learning how to fight. And don’t worry! You don’t need to want to compete or fight in order to take the Muay Thai class, it is just more focused on technique and skill as opposed to the workout.
